Delivery
Lead times: preparation within 1 to 3 business days, then delivery in mainland France within 7 to 14 business days.
Tracking: a tracking number will be sent to you by email as soon as your order is shipped. You can track your package in real-time until it reaches your door.
Fees: delivery costs are calculated at the time of payment and displayed before order confirmation.
Right of withdrawal
In accordance with the Consumer Code, you have 14 days after receipt to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to state your reasons.
- The item must be unused, in its original packaging.
- Write to the email address indicated in our legal notices, specifying your order number: the procedure and return address will be communicated to you.
- Return costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- Refund within 14 days after receipt of the returned item, to the original payment method.
Damaged or non-compliant item
Report it within 48 hours of receipt, with photo evidence, to the email address indicated in our legal notices: reshipment or full refund, with no return costs.
